Welcome! I have 36 years of counseling experience in mental health and human services organizations & in private practice. Additionally, I have over 21 years of experience in virtual settings as a professor, researcher, and in academic administration teaching in graduate and doctoral counseling programs. I am a transformational leader and coach helping individuals and couples find their balance and develop strengths enhancing all areas of their lives and relationships.
